1. About MediMart

MediMart operates an online marketplace that helps customers discover and purchase medical, laboratory, surgical, and healthcare supplies offered by independent shop owners (each a “Seller”). MediMart provides the marketplace and related services; unless expressly stated otherwise, the Seller is the supplier and seller of the products in your order.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. Keep your account details accurate and your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and should notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Products and medical-use restrictions

Product descriptions, availability, pricing, taxes, and applicable sale conditions are provided by Sellers and may change. Product information is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Do not use a product contrary to its labeling or professional guidance.

Prescription medicines may not be purchased, offered, or supplied through MediMart without a valid prescription and compliance with applicable laws. Sellers and customers must not list, request, or transact in prescription-only or otherwise restricted products in violation of law. We may remove listings or restrict accounts where we identify suspected unlawful activity.

4. Orders, payment, and Seller responsibilities

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase from the relevant Seller. An order is subject to acceptance, stock confirmation, and any confirmation shown at checkout. Sellers are responsible for fulfilling their orders, including product quality, packaging, shipping, and applicable product warranties. MediMart may facilitate payment or order communications but is not the manufacturer or healthcare provider.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Each Seller handles shipping for its products. Delivery estimates, charges, service areas, and return eligibility may vary by Seller and product. Please see our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, together with the terms shown for the product and order.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the marketplace, interfere with its operation, submit false information, infringe others’ rights, attempt unauthorized access, or use MediMart to sell or obtain prohibited goods. We may suspend access, remove content, or cancel transactions when reasonably necessary to protect users, Sellers, or the platform, subject to applicable law.

7. Intellectual property and availability

MediMart and its content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Sellers retain responsibility for the content and materials they submit and must have the rights needed to list them. We aim to keep the service available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free listings.

8. Limitation and changes

To the extent permitted by law, MediMart is not responsible for a Seller’s products, independent acts, or delivery performance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms; the updated version will be posted here with its revised date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

9. Contact

For questions about these terms or an order, contact MediMart through the support or contact options made available on the platform. For product, delivery, or return questions, you may also contact the Seller shown with your order.
