Shipping Policy

1. Who ships your order
MediMart is a multi-vendor marketplace and does not generally stock or ship products itself. Shop owners (Sellers) prepare and ship their own orders. An order containing items from more than one Seller may arrive in separate packages and on different schedules.
2. Availability, charges, and estimates
Shipping availability, delivery charges, courier options, and estimated delivery dates are determined by the Seller and displayed where available during shopping or checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by product availability, destination, carrier operations, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside a Seller’s reasonable control.
3. Processing and tracking
Order processing begins after the Seller accepts the order and confirms availability. Where tracking information is available, it may be shared through the order details or by the Seller. Contact the Seller through the order support options if tracking is missing or has not updated for an extended period.
4. Delivery details and receipt
Provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring someone authorized can receive the package where required. Additional delivery attempts or charges caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery, or failure to receive an order may be handled under the Seller’s disclosed terms and applicable law.
5. Delays, loss, or damage
If delivery is delayed, tracking reports a problem, or a package arrives damaged, notify the Seller and MediMart promptly through the order support options. Keep the packaging and take photographs of visible damage where possible so the Seller or carrier can investigate. Remedies for loss or damage are subject to applicable law and the facts of the order.
6. Regulated and special-handling products
Some medical, temperature-sensitive, hazardous, or regulated products may have destination restrictions or special handling requirements. Sellers are responsible for complying with applicable requirements and disclosing material shipping limitations before purchase. Prescription medicines may only be offered and shipped where legally permitted and against a valid prescription when required.
7. Contact
For a delivery question, contact the Seller shown with your order. MediMart support can help direct your enquiry to the appropriate Seller.
